This 135 year old Victorian is in a 4 year process
of having all the wood siding replaced.
Note the taupe siding to the right side of the house.
That wood was replaced in 2010 with new red cedar which is primed on both sides.
This method makes the paint adhere better.
Houses done with this method now have retained their paint jobs for over 15 years.
Also, included here is the remodel of a small porch.
This porch has an old 'walk-in ice box'
